Maddy was awarded Poggy this week at our game against Kirkwood. This player has shown true determination this season and has played a huge role in our Midfield line. She is an athlete that is always working hard but knows when to have fun. We have enjoyed watching her grow this season and can't wait to see what else she will accomplish. Well deserved Maddy!
Player of the Game went to Claire for our match against Whitfield. Claire played an amazing game as a key defensive player. This athlete is always working and asking how to improve, but we love her for so much more. When she is not playing, she is our loudest cheerleader from the sidelines. She brings laughter and a light-hearted spirit to our team. Great job Claire! Keep up the hard work!
Julia was awarded our POTG bunny on Saturday, our senior game against Pembrooke Hill. Julia continues to show improvement and devotion to the game of field hockey. She has been a key player this season and can't wait to see what she does next year as a Senior. Great job Julia!
Ladue took home a win against Ursaline with a score of 5-3. Player of The Game was passed on to our very own Grace who played her best game so far this season. Grace has been a huge part of our defensive line this year with an impressive number of saves and clears. She continues to work hard and improve every week. We are very proud of you Grace, Congrats!
Player of The Game was awarded to our fearless captain Kathryne! This athlete has demonstrated strong leadership skills, great command of the field, and reminds all of us to always have fun. Kathryne has stepped up to play in a Forward position this year and has been doing a wonderful job. Great job Kathryne!
POGGY was passed along to one of our magnificent forwards, Sarah! This athlete has shown great leaps in her skills already this year and has created some amazing offensive opportunities for her team. She always works hard, and is truly deserving of the title of Player of the Game. Keep up the great work, Sarah! We are excited to see what more you will accomplish this season!
Player of the Game went to the well-deserving Davina! This player has already had an impressive season with an average of 15-20 saves per game. Her skills were spotlighted during our game against Visitation Friday, where she did not allow any goals in and forced our game, not only into overtime, but into 1v1s. We are lucky to have this talented young lady tending to our goal this season!
Emily was the recipient of Player of the Game against Parkway South. Emily has been playing incredibly well this year as a wing midfielder. She had 4 shots on goal and 2 that scored. She has been an integral part of our offensive success this season and we are proud of her accomplishments. Keep it up Emily!
Poggy was passed along to Hannah this week in our game against Burroughs. Hannah has been playing beautifully at her new position of center Midfield and consistently makes impressive plays both offensively and defensively. She is a versatile athlete and an impressive young lady. Congrats Hannah!
Our team played 3 tough games this past weekend. Player of the tournament went to a well deserving, Julia! This player willingly stepped up and tried a new position for us where she was able to showcase her talents of strong defensive skill. Julia is a versatile, hard working and adaptable player that we are lucky to have. Great job Julia!
